While I was leaving the mall the other day I noticed a sign that said "door opens automatically by switch". Is it truly automatic if you have to push a switch to open it? I would think semi-automatic at best. Why didn't they just put a sign that said "push switch to open door"?
Also at the mall, there were signs that said "save up to 40% and more". It can be up to 40%, and it can be more than 40%, but I don't think it can be both. I always thought the phrase "up to" set some sort of limit. If that's the case, then "up to 40% and more" is clearly a contradiction of terms.
One more thing about my trip to the mall...all the shops in the food court seem to be operated by Asians. That makes sense for the Chinese food shop, and the Japanese food shop, but the pizza shop? The Cajun grill? I've got nothing against Asians or free enterprise or any combination of the two, it just seemed a bit odd to me.
Thank you for your time.

This is only the second blog I've posted since I joined questionStream. I suppose I could go back and look at all the questions, answers and comments I've posted over there, take the best of them and combine it all into one bitchin' blog over here, but what would be the point? Most of the people over there are also the people over here and they are already familiar with the inner workings of my feeble little mind.
The reality of my situation is that I'm lazy. I have no problem admitting that. questionStream aids me in my laziness. It allows me to get my point across with one or two lines, rather than the one or two paragraphs I would normally write for this site. Along the same lines, I don't have to read other people's paragraphs either. Somebody once described questionStream as "blog lite", but I think a better description would be "blogging for the terminally lazy." At least as far as I'm concerned. It wouldn't be fair to lump everybody into that category. I've noticed that many questionStreamers have no problem keeping up with their Blogstream "duties". Those of you that do so have my undying admiration.
Once again, I had a point to make when I started writing this blog. However, as it has done so many times in the past, that point has leapt from my brain and run off into the woods. I will still post this fascinating bit of rambling nonsense, but I won't be proud of it. At least I didn't waste any of my precious time reading it.
Thank you for your time.
